We are not a big company and do not pretend to be one. So your booking experience of your tailor-made itinerary, will be with the same person from the initial contact, all the way through to your reservation confirmation. This person will have enough time to better understand your demands and will take a personal interest in the outcome.
Due to the fact that we only work with individual reservations and small groups, we enjoy the considerable advantage of being able to offer unique accommodation, such as beautiful boutique hotels- something a larger company would not be able to offer.
Continued support before and during your trip
Our support does not stop once your reservation confirmation is completed. Prior to travelling, we will send a detailed document which includes useful recommendations and suggestions to help you to enjoy your trip. This document includes everything you need to know about the people who will be there with you throughout the trip, including drivers, guides, local tour operators. In addition, you will be provided with a cell phone with our telephone number (24-hour service) in case you want to make any changes or if there are any questions relating to your tour.
