Trips with us are dedicated to benefiting the lives of the local people, while respecting the animals, the land, and all works of conservation. Pie Experiences is also proud to have been awarded the respectable TourCert check in 2016. This means the company is committed to having little impact on the environment. By working closely with the local people, we have built sustainable trips that help you gain an understanding of their way of life. We also regularly review our trips to try to create more ways to encourage responsible tourism. This, above all gives us a chance to give back to the communities.

Meet an ancient Incan community in the sacred valley of Peru and learn how the Amaru people make and dye their textiles.  Immerse yourself with local indigenous families in the Colca Valley. This culture predates the Incas and is a truly rare experience to be remembered for a lifetime. Sail to the floating islands on the highest lake in the world, Lake Titicaca from Puno, Peru. Spend a night here with a local family and really get a feel for Quechua life. Travel to the Patabamba community and learn to weave textiles with natural alpaca and llama wool.
