We pick you up from your hotel in Uyuni or Colchani between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM. To her, it feels like a private sunset outing on the salt flats. To you, it is the beginning of the moment you have been planning in silence.

Private Drive into the Salar de Uyuni
As the light begins to soften, we drive into the Salar and choose the best location for the proposal according to the season, weather, privacy and sunset conditions. No crowds. No rushed stops. No awkward interruptions. Just enough distance from the world for the surprise to feel completely yours.

A Romantic Table Waiting on the Salt Flats
When you arrive, a private table is already set on the Salar de Uyuni: soft lights, a romantic picnic, elegant details and the surreal white horizon around you. It feels intimate, but not overdone. Beautiful, but not artificial. The kind of setup that lets her feel the effort without feeling staged.

The Proposal Moment
At the right moment, you walk her toward the table. The sun is dropping, the sky is changing, and the photographer is quietly ready. You take her hand, say what you need to say, and ask the question. She thinks she came for sunset. She leaves with a ring, a story, and a memory she did not see coming.

Private Photography Session After “Yes”
After the proposal, your photographer captures the first real moments: the surprise, the laughter, the tears, the ring, the embrace, and the two of you surrounded by one of the most unreal landscapes on earth. Nothing stiff. Nothing forced. Just the emotion while it is still fresh.

Romantic Picnic & Celebration Toast
Then you sit together at your private table, share the picnic, make a toast, and let the moment settle. The rush fades. The silence returns. And for a while, there is nothing to do except look at each other and realise what just happened.

Private Return Transfer | 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
After the sunset experience, we drive you back to your hotel in Uyuni or Colchani, usually arriving between 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM, depending on location, weather and road conditions. You return quietly, with the ring on her hand and the whole night ahead of you.

Optional Add-Ons for Your Uyuni Salt Flats Proposal Tour

Heart-Shaped Rose Decoration
For an extra romantic touch, you can add a heart-shaped rose decoration around the proposal area. It creates a beautiful focal point for the moment, the ring photos and the first portraits after she says yes.

Drone Photography or Video
Drone service can also be added to your proposal experience. However, we strongly recommend doing the actual proposal before sunset, while there is still enough natural light to capture the Salar from above. At night, drone footage loses much of its magic and is not ideal for this kind of moment.

Important Timing Note for Drone Add-On
If you choose to include drone photography or video, the experience must start earlier. Pick-up will be around 4:00 PM, and the experience will finish around 7:00 PM. This allows enough daylight for the aerial shots, the proposal, and the romantic photo session before the light disappears.
