Overview Itinerary

Day 01 | Explore Iquitos City
You will enjoy a private city tour in Iquitos where you are going to visit the Artisan Market in San Juan (a great place to purchase handicrafts); a canoe tour (river levels permitting) of the Itaya River in Belen (the floating city) and a tour of the Belen Market. The Belen market is a cornucopia of exotic foods and jungle products.

Day 02 |Ucayali River -Marañon River- Pacaya Samiria National Reserve
Early morning we will pick you up from your hotel and then you will proceed on a 1.5-hours bus transfer to our private Nauta’s pier, where we will get on board. Here the adventure begins by sailing up the Amazon River in your very comfortable cruise. Your next adventure includes a walking excursion to get a close contact with the tropical jungle where the only music is the chirping of the birds. Later on, your delicious dinner will served while you still enjoy the live music.

Day 03 | Pacaya Samiria National Reserve
We will explore the Yanayacu of Pucate Basin .In this place, your eyes will instantly fall in love with the most beautiful creatures that swim as if they know how amazed you feel. These friendly animals are the grey and pink dolphins . After a delicious on board lunch, you will experience a Shaman Ceremony in San Regis. We will get deep into our former believes and learn some of our ancients secrets of the rainforest.

Day 04 |An unforgettable encounter with wildlife and local community
Early in the morning, another adventure begins. This time the colorful birds will charm you even more. You will explore at the surroundings to enjoy a great birdwatching moment. Among these amazing different birds, you can see species such as the egret, kingshers, horned screamers, haws and others. Reserve where a vast variety of animals are everywhere for example: the spider monkeys, the giant South American river turtles and red-green macaws, etc. Piranha Fishing at San Jose de Zarapanga black water stream named Shiriyacu.

Day 05 | Visit the Manatee Rescue Center
Enjoy your on board breakfast while we sail down the beautiful Amazon.Visit the Manatee Rescue Center en route to Nauta. At your arrival in Nauta town you will be driven to Iquitos.
