Afterward, you head back to the kitchen to start your course.

What better way to start the lessons than learning how to concoct a delicious Pisco Sour! After enjoying your self-made Pisco Sour on the beautiful terrace, you will start preparing the entrées. All the recipes are culturally unique and original.
The chef is a real master in Peruvian cuisine, so you will learn all about beautiful Peruvian dishes. There is a choice of two entrées, Tiradito de pescado (which is Rainbow Cured Trout) or Ceviche de Mango (for vegans). Both are delicious, healthy and a wonderful way to impress people with your innate knowledge of Peruvian cuisine. Then you move onto the main course, which is a Mushroom Quinotto (Quinoa Risotto). After you have perfected the recipes, it’s time to dig in!
With newfound skills and a satisfied belly, we will drop you back at your accommodation at the end of the day.
